I'm someone who translates complexity into clarity — whether that's a broken process, a training gap, or a conversation someone's been afraid to have. I'm the person people come to when they need to think something through without judgment, and I have a gift for finding the thing no one else thought to look for. I work hard, I love what I do, and I genuinely believe the best ideas come out when people feel safe enough to say the messy version first.

FACILITATION, MODERATION, & LIVE EVENTS

I’m comfortable leading learning in the room, on camera, or on stage. My facilitation experience includes instructor-led training, virtual learning, leadership sessions, awards events, and panel moderation.

Facilitation

I have spoken at large and small conferences, leading breakout sessions on the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) I created and launched. I also facilitate Sales DiSC, Management DiSC, Facilitation Skills, and more. I also have presented on virtual webinars.

Panel Moderation / Live Events

I love moderating panel interviews. Over my career, I've moderated several, including an annual International Women's Day luncheon, customer panels, and leadership panels. I also am a dynamic emcee for events.
